These guidelines are established to safeguard the integrity of the community and the core interests of our members through clear and compliant rules. They define service boundaries and cooperation standards, and ensure a consistently refined and protected experience for every member:
1. Scope of Privileges:The privileges outlined in this handbook serve as a general reference to the Club’s core services. The final scope, service standards, and detailed terms shall be governed by the official Membership Service Agreement. White Deer Club reserves the right to reasonably optimize or enhance its services. Members will be notified on a one-to-one basis at least 30 days in advance of any such adjustments, ensuring full transparency.
2. Membership Management:Memberships are strictly personal and exclusive to the registered member. Individual memberships may not be transferred, lent, or gifted.
For the Corporate Diamond Card, usage is limited to 5–10 designated core personnel of the registered company.
The use of membership privileges for commercial profit-making activities is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of membership, in order to preserve the integrity and exclusivity of the community.
3. Validity of Privileges:Membership privileges are valid only during the active membership period. A dedicated relationship manager will provide a one-to-one renewal reminder 30 days prior to expiry.
If membership is not renewed by the expiry date, all privileges will be suspended automatically and may be reinstated upon successful renewal.
For invitation-based or honorary-level memberships, failure to renew will result in the withdrawal of invitation status, subject to re-evaluation for reinstatement.
4. Service Reservations:For standard services (including Club facility reservations, hotel bookings, and dining arrangements), members are advised to make requests at least three business days in advance via the White Deer Club app or through their dedicated relationship manager.
For specialized services—such as cross-border medical coordination, private jet or yacht arrangements, and international government or business delegations—advance notice of 7–15 days is recommended.
Urgent requests will receive expedited handling, with a commitment to respond within 24 hours, ensuring continuity of service quality.
5. Community Code of Conduct:Members are expected to observe appropriate etiquette and venue guidelines when using Club facilities or participating in Club-hosted events. Mutual respect for privacy is essential. The disclosure of Club operations, member identities, or community communications is strictly prohibited.
Members are also expected to respect shared facilities and resources, contributing to an environment defined by elegance, integrity, mutual respect, and discretion—upholding the core values and long-term vision of White Deer Club.
